Alexandria "Aly" Forrester is a fictional character on the CBS Daytime soap opera, The Bold and the Beautiful. She was portrayed by the child actress Harley Graham from 2006 to 2010. On November 2011, Rachel Thevenard will play the character, now "rapidly aged" to 16.
Alexandria is born to Thorne (Winsor Harmon) and Darla Forrester (Schae Harrison) on-screen in early 2004. By mid-2006 she is aged to four years old.
On Aly's fourth birthday, Darla Forrester was accidentally run down and killed by Taylor Forrester (Hunter Tylo). Although racked with guilt, Taylor did not tell Thorne or Aly that she was the one driving the car, but instead helped them to cope with their loss, and Aly began to look at her as a mother figure. Thorne found out that Taylor was responsible for his wife's death and was initially furious, but eventually forgave her and helped to get her out of jail. When Taylor returned home, Thorne proposed to her, and she accepted. Not long before her father's wedding, Aly's adpotive cousin/friend Hope Forrester (Amanda Pace and Rachel Pace) mentioned that Taylor had killed her mother (having found out from one of her friends at school), and now it had placed a strain between Taylor and Aly, as well as between Aly and Thorne.
Ally urges Thorne to cancel the wedding after discovering Taylor killed her mother. Thorne broke off the engagement. The engagement came to an end after Aly cut up Taylor's wedding dress in anger and used crayons to scribble over Taylor's picture in a photo album. However, Aly is also quite compassionate, a trait she has from her mother, when she extended a hand to her great grandmother, Ann Douglas at Christmas. This was the impetus that allowed Stephanie to forgive Ann, and allow her back in her life.
